10 January Observations

Right ascension 5 hours, 45 minutes, 4 seconds
Declination 26 degrees, 58' 8"
Magnitude -1.2
Distance from Earth: 0.646 AU
Another gorgeous star gazing night! By now, Mars is almost directly overhead when I begin my observations, dimmer, but still bright. Again, I noticed that surface details were more difficult to resolve.
Regards,
Mycroft
